Hosting is included in the £25 a month care plan, along with the SSL padlock, small edits and a monthly backup. Rather host it yourself? That’s fine too.

Yes. I can set your site up so you can change prices, opening hours and menu items yourself, and I’ll show you how at handover. It takes about ten minutes to learn.

Yes. I can connect the booking or ordering system you already use, or help you choose one that suits the way you work. It’s an add-on from £150.

Business websites include SEO basics and a link to your Google Business profile. One-page sites still get clear titles, fast loading and a phone-first layout.

I can’t promise you the top spot. Nobody honestly can. But you’ll be set up properly to be found by people nearby.

Your customer taps their phone on the stand, or scans the QR code, and your Google review page opens. That’s it.

Tapping works with most iPhones from the XS onwards and most Android phones. The QR code is there as a backup for everyone else. There’s no app to download and no battery to charge. £35 each, or 3 for £90.

Menus and price lists come as a print-ready PDF, sized for your tables, window or wall, that any printer can use. I’m happy to point you to a good local printer and check the proof with you.

Yes. I shoot on location, so the photos look like your place and not a studio. Travel is free within 10 miles of Oxford city centre. That covers Jericho, Summertown, Cowley Road, Headington, Botley, Kidlington and Abingdon.

Not much. Give the place a tidy, wipe down the surfaces and pick the dishes, products or work you’re proudest of.

Tell me which photos you need most, for your website, menu or social pages. If your team are happy to be in a few shots, brilliant. I’ll send you a short checklist a few days before.

You get a fixed quote before any work starts. To begin, I take a 50% deposit by bank transfer. The rest is due on handover.

Every project includes two rounds of changes. We start with a chat about what you like, so the first draft is usually close.

If something still isn’t right, tell me plainly. I’d much rather fix it than have you put up with it. Business cards come with two concepts to choose from.

Yes. Once it’s paid for, the website, the design files and the photos are all yours. Your domain is in your name from day one. No lock-in.
